East Carolina Sailing School is based at historic Havens Wharf, home of Carolina Wind Yachting Center on Pamlico River in Washington, North Carolina.

The Pamlico's protected waters are a wonderful place to learn to sail! Sailing on the Pamlico is as easy as anywhere in the world. No other place on earth has this much protected year round recreational water. Nowhere!!
