New US Sailing Certification Facility

East Carolina Sailing School (ECSS) in Washington, NC, has achieved certification from the US Sailing Association.  This accomplishment makes ECSS the only school in North Carolina, and one of the few schools in the country, to be certified by both the American Sailing Association and the US Sailing Association.
