Happy New Year!

January 15, 2009
By Michael

Things have been quite hectic here since the first of the year.  I’ve managed to get my USCG Captains license ( Masters, 25 ton, Sailing Endorsement) and took delivery of the newest two members of our growing flotilla.

We now have two Island Trader 37′ ketches, S/V Pamlico Pearl and S/V Gypsy Rose.  We will be offering Sunset Cruises, Day sails and charters starting in May.  The Gypsy Rose will be modified to use a gaff rig and should be ready by fall.

Captain Don and Captain Gary will be back with us again this year in addition to Captain Bill,  I’ll get bio’s up as soon as I can pin these guys down long enough to get them.

Exciting things will be happening at East Carolina Sailing this year, new classes including Caribbean classes starting in December 2009.

Fair Winds
